Due to hygiene standards in the beauty industry, used or unsealed products cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate your request by emailing our support team or messaging us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

  Quality Verification

  Our team will review your request to ensure the product is unused, sealed, and in its original Nishman packaging before authorizing the return.

  Ship the Item

  Once approved, securely pack the product and ship it back to our central distribution hub in Pakistan using a traceable courier service.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
